Following their sixth triumph of the season on Sunday night in New York, the Big Game Treestands #7 team crossed over the border into Ontario, Canada where racing resumed on Tuesday at Ohsweken Speedway for the 'Six Nations Showdown', a track Dollansky has finished in the top-ten in all five appearances including a runner-up performance on July 30th of last year.
A great field of 31 sprinters signed into the pit area for competition with 'The Crowd Pleaser' piloting the Aggressive Hydraulics backed #7 to the 11th fastest time at 14.466 seconds. Making the heat race inversion would see Dollansky start on the pole of heat race #2. Unfortunately, as the 8-lap event got underway something appeared to be wrong as the Eaton's Aeroquip Performance Products Maxim drifted back to 4th but still transferred into the main event.
In the 30-lap A-Main the Karavan Trailers #7 started on the inside of row six. As the field began to line up for the start of the feature more trouble plagued the team as the #7 coasted to a stop with no power. Dollansky tried to push-off again but the engine would not re-fire and he was forced to retire from the A-Main before it even started.
The Big Game Treestands #7 team will keep digging and move on to the next event in Canada on Friday at Brockville-Ontario Speedway following by a stop at Autodrome Drummond on Saturday.
